🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our total estimated delivery time across India is 5 – 7 business days. This includes:

Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days to pack and verify your order.

Transit Time: 4 – 5 business days for our courier partners to deliver it to your doorstep.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! Shipping is 100% FREE on all prepaid orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking, Wallets). There is no minimum order value required.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched from our hub, we will send you a tracking number and link via email and/or SMS. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier portal.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Occasionally, shipments might face minor delays due to natural causes (extreme weather) or courier operational issues. If your order is delayed, our team will proactively notify you via email or phone with an updated delivery date.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pincodes in India. Please note that COD orders incur a flat ₹99 convenience fee which is clearly displayed at checkout.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price you see on the checkout page is the final price you pay. All applicable taxes, shipping fees, or COD charges are shown transparently before payment.
📦 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We offer a strict 7-day return policy. You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unwashed, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Are there any charges for standard returns?

If you are returning an item due to size/fit issues or a change of mind, a flat reverse logistics fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the return shipping is 100% Free.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at info@psecstore.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 6281948323 with your Order ID and photos of the product. Please do not self-ship products back without our prior approval.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a brand-new order on our website for the desired size.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once the return reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection (takes 1–2 business days):

Prepaid Orders: Reflected in your original payment source within 7 to 10 banking days.

COD Orders: Paid via direct UPI/Bank Transfer within 5–7 business days after you provide your account details to our support team.

Psecstore is a trend-driven general e-commerce store. Launched in August 2021, we specialize in tracking seasonal and daily internet trends to curate the hottest apparel, lifestyle accessories, and trending general merchandise.
Where are your products shipped from?
Every single item on our store is stocked, quality-checked, and shipped directly from our domestic fulfillment hub in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We do not rely on slow international drop-shipping.
What is the Country of Origin for your products?
In absolute compliance with Indian e-commerce laws, the country of origin for all products sold on Psecstore is India.
