1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window. This means you have exactly 7 calendar days from the date your package was marked as delivered by our courier partner to request a return. Requests made after this 7-day period are automatically ineligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition Rules

To qualify for a successful return and refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Brand New Condition: The product must be completely undamaged, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Unwashed & Unused: We do not accept returns for apparel or accessories that have been washed, worn, stained, or used in any manner.

  • Tags Attached/Included: We highly recommend that you do not remove the original product tags. If you have detached the tag, it must not be lost; it must be returned securely inside the return package.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned inside their original brand packaging, polybags, or boxes.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

To comply with global merchant standard protocols, our fee structure for processing returns is completely transparent:

  • Restocking Fees: ₹0 / None. Psecstore does not charge any additional restocking or handling fees.

  • Return Shipping Fees: * If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping is 100% Free and managed entirely by our pickup partners.

    • For standard returns (such as size/fit issues or a change of mind), a flat reverse logistics and handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Indian Law Compliance)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Psecstore guarantees a full refund or free replacement if:

  • The goods are delivered in a damaged or defective state.

  • The product is deficient, spurious, or significantly differs from the features and photos advertised on our store.

Crucial Action Required: You must report defective or wrong items to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@psecstore.com along with clear photographs and an unboxing video of the package.

5. No Exchanges

Please note that Psecstore does not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or alternative apparel design, you must return your original item for a refund and place a brand-new order for the desired product on our website.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@psecstore.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 6281948323 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup through our logistics partners and share tracking details.

  3. Please do not self-ship or send items back to us without receiving an official approval confirmation first, as unauthorized parcels cannot be tracked or accepted at our warehouse.

7. Quality Inspection & Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your returned item arrives back at our warehouse facility, it will undergo a strict quality check to verify that it is unwashed, undamaged, and complete with tags. This process takes 1–2 business days.

  • Approval: Upon passing inspection, your refund will be approved, and an automated notification will be sent to your registered email/SMS.

  • Refund Timeline: * Prepaid Orders: The remaining refund amount (minus the ₹99 fee if applicable) will be credited back directly to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Card, Wallet) within 7 to 10 business and banking days.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support team will reach out to collect your UPI ID or bank account details to complete a direct bank transfer. The amount will reflect within 5–7 business days post-approval.
