1. Shipping Timeline Breakdown
To ensure full transparency, your order delivery window is divided into two distinct phases: Handling Time and Transit Time.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Saturday). This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handing over to our courier partners.

Transit / Delivery Time: 4 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Saturday). This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 7 Business Days across India from the date of order confirmation.
Note on Business Days: Sundays and National/Public Holidays are not counted as business or transit days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Fees
We offer delivery across India with clear, upfront pricing. The shipping fee is determined by your chosen payment method at checkout:

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier partner's portal.
4. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
While we and our courier partners work diligently to maintain the 5–7 business days timeline, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

Logistics Challenges: Peak holiday seasons, operational disruptions at courier hubs, or local transit restrictions.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery executive and immediately contact our support team.

If you find your item damaged inside the packaging upon opening, or if you receive the wrong size/product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or an unboxing video of the package and items.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address & Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our warehouse.
