1. Free Shipping — Pan India

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. Whether you're in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, or a small town, we deliver to your doorstep at no extra cost.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays and bank holidays.

Please note: Sundays, national holidays, and bank holidays are not counted as business days and may extend your delivery timeline accordingly.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. For customized products, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on the complexity of the customization.

4. Unforeseen Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, certain unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control. These include but are not limited to:

Natural disasters (floods, cyclones, earthquakes, etc.)
Government restrictions, curfews, or lockdowns
Logistics partner disruptions or strikes
Extreme weather conditions
National public holidays and bank holidays

In the event of any such delay, we will proactively notify you via email or SMS with an updated estimated delivery date.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our logistics partner's website or app.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, including PIN code, is accurate at the time of placing the order. Psecstore is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undeliverable after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
