What is Psecstore?

Founded in 2018, Psecstore is an independent e-commerce brand based in the United States, focused on essentials, reliable delivery, and customer service.

What will I find at Psecstore?

Shop clothing for women, men, and kids, pet essentials, and seasonal products for Halloween and Christmas. Check each product page for item details.

How do I choose the right size and fit?

Product pages provide sizing charts and fabric details. Review the details for the item you’re considering before ordering.

Are seasonal items restocked?

Halloween and Christmas items are offered in limited production batches and may not be restocked after selling out until the next holiday season.

Orders and cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a full refund if you cancel before the order is fulfilled and dispatched. Email info@psecstore.com or contact Live Chat with your order number. Orders already in fulfillment or handed to the carrier can’t be canceled and must follow the return process.

Can I change my shipping address or items after ordering?

Contact support by email or Live Chat as soon as possible, before fulfillment begins. Changes can’t be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship?

Psecstore ships across the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Transit: 5 to 10 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery: 6 to 12 business days from order placement.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number and link. Tracking generally updates within 24 to 48 hours of the carrier’s initial pickup.

Are there unexpected handling or import fees?

Applicable shipping rates and sales taxes are shown at checkout before you authorize payment.

Returns and refunds

What is the return period?

You have 14 calendar days from the date tracking marks your package as delivered to request a return.

Which items are ineligible for return?

Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, altered, or had their tags removed are ineligible. Items damaged through customer misuse, neglect, or improper handling are also ineligible. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges aren’t available. For a different size, color, or variant, request a return for an eligible item and place a separate order.

How do I start a return?

Email info@psecstore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
After approval, Psecstore will email a prepaid return label. The return destination is printed on the label.
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and hand it to the designated carrier within 5 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

For items sent damaged or incorrect by Psecstore, return shipping is free.
For change-of-mind or style-preference returns, the prepaid label cost is deducted from the refund.
No restocking fee is charged.

When will I receive my refund?

After the return reaches the warehouse and passes inspection, usually within 3 business days, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
